This class allows participants to master their choice of skills. It is designed for children aged 12 – 16 years of age. They learn the value of persistence, the ability to handle setback and the joy of success in a safe and supportive environment.
Each class begins with a group based warm up and then a brief individualised stretch and strengthen section. Then the participants choose their own activities from a large range of options including aerials, juggling and balances. All students are required to train at least one ground activity.
Please note that students must be able to bring their feet to the bar 10 times unaided before learning tricks on the aerial apparatuses.
