This class allows participants to explore a range of skills and movements which stimulate their growth and development. It is designed for children 7 – 12 years of age and their skill set. They learn the value of persistence, the ability to handle setback and the joy of success in a safe and supportive environment.
Each class begins with group based warm up games and then a brief stretch and strengthen section. Then the participants choose their own activities from a large range of options including aerials, juggling and balances. All students are required to train at least one ground activity.
Please note that students must be able to bring their feet to the bar unaided before learning tricks on the aerial apparatuses.
